An onlooker explained to People magazine: They did the regular vows, and when it came to the 'I do' part, he responded 'Hell yes!' Before her first wedding in St. Tropez, Pammie, 39, vowed to get married four times. She said: I'm going to get married a few times this month to the same guy.
